Kerri’s wedding was the shit. (Here are some photos from it.) I wanted to do a huge write-up about it. However, yesterday I worked the freelance gig, and then I went straight to my bookstore job, and tonight I have to work late and then if I don’t go to yoga I will die, and then early tomorrow early morning I have a doctor’s appointment, and so on and so forth, I am just a hamster right now, a corporate hamster, so all I have is this brief moment this morning to collect my thoughts before diving back in. And I am choosing to eat a nice breakfast and read some short stories instead of blogging at length, and I feel very comfortable with that choice.
But that was the best wedding ever. It really was. We all danced and drank and ate like kings and queens. There was much love. It all felt very homegrown and organic, and we all felt like we got to be a part of a really joyous moment. Everyone was so beautiful, and so thrilled to be there. Everyone was so happy.
I hated to leave.
