I'm off to France for a week, be back in town on the 12th. I'm going to post from over there because I've been informed where we are staying is gorgeous, and you know how I like to post the pretty pictures. Also I am going to finish the damn novella (or whatever it is turning out to be) and eat cheese and drink wine and dance in a disco in a cave under a river. When I come back it will be very cold here and it will be almost Christmas and everywhere you look there will be bright lights and the insistent feeling that you need to be Buying More Things. Can you feel the burn already?

Don't forget the Legion of Lit Mags event this Saturday at Galapagos. I heard Felicia Sullivan is going to end the night with her burlesque act. Literary cleavage is the best.
