Two Weeks Notice

One of the things a copyeditor does is compile a list of proper names - both real and fictional - that are used in the book they are editing. When I received my copyedited manuscript last week, that list was attached. It offers a good insight as to what the book is about (and probably what I'm about), and also it's kind of fucking hilarious. I am pleased with my inclusion of Judas Priest in the book, but stunned by the appearance of both Sandra Bullock and Hugh Grant. Surely one or the other would have been enough. Anyway, it's probably a little self-indulgent to post, but that has never stopped me from doing anything before. And here we go:
