I ain't telling you no secrets.

Anyway.

I have arrived! To steamy sexy lush Portland. All the girls are so pretty and healthy here and everyone sits around in cafes thinking about where they're going to go on their next hike. Also there are babies and trees. Also I may have gone a little mad from all the driving but I am seriously blissed out.

I have a ton of work to do though I am giving myself a day off to collect myself. I'm not moved in yet to my housesitting gig but I visited yesterday and it is GORGEOUS. But I'm sure you'll see that soon enough in pictures.

Basically I'm just happy to be here. I'm not sure how much I'm planning on posting this summer. I don't really feel like writing about myself right now, but I am happy to share photos of course. Mostly I feel like reading books, coming up with new characters, walking, taking pictures, drinking coffee, doing yoga, shopping for and eating really good produce, and being quiet and alone and calm.

In August I'll decide what my future is for the rest of the year, but for July it is only about being good to myself and the world around me. In a very quiet way.
