The ants were all over it in seconds.

I finished tightening up the new draft and sent it off to my agent who will probably not read it till the weekend, so I officially have nothing to do but pack up our apartment (which, by the way, is still available for move-in starting May 26) and try to come up with a new title for the book. Oh sure, I could try and come up with some magazine pitches but what kind of fun is that?

Weatherman says it's 72 and sunny tomorrow so if anyone knows anywhere I should be riding my bike let me know.

The few times I've met Chris Rubino I've found him perfectly lovely. He's lived in Williamsburg for ages and he was actually nice enough to read the TKM galley to make sure I nailed Williamsburg in the 90s. He's also an insanely talented artist with an exhibit he describes as "a little Times Square tourist shop for both locals and visitors" opening this Friday at Chashama Gallery (112 West 44th Street) from 6-9 PM. Looks witty and pretty.
